Appointment and Payment Policies

Our appointment and payment policies are in place to help us provide you with the highest quality of service. When you schedule an appointment, our staff will help you to select an appropriate appointment type and time frame. They will also review the appointment and vaccine fees with you. The final cost of your visit will depend on the type of appointment and number of vaccines that you receive. For example if you book for a brief appointment, and request additional services and advice, there will be additional fees associated with this.

Traveler's Medical Service

 
 

Payment is required at the time services are provided unless
prior arrangements have been made (corporate account etc).
Services may be paid for with VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX
(AMEX - NYC office only) or cash. We do not accept checks except by prior arrangement. *We will provide you with an itemized receipt that you may keep for your records and use for reimbursement purposes.

IMPORTANT: Insurance reimbursement for travel and routine vaccinations is variable and these services are often not covered or reimbursed by insurance. *Traveler's Medical Service practices and our physicians do not participate with or bill insurance companies. We do not participate with Medicare. We recommend that you call your health insurance company in advance to learn if you will be reimbursed for any or all of the costs. We will provide you with an itemized receipt that you may use for reimbursement or insurance purposes.
